Medication Form

As a school we do not have to administer medicines. We will always try to support in administering medicines. To ensure this is done safely, please ensure that all medicines are prescribed and the bottle has the doctors prescription label attached showing the child's name and dosage. Ibuprofen, Calpol and paracetamol must be clearly named.
